JOB SUMMARY:
Quality Control Violation Specialist Industry: Administrative Location: West Valley UT Job duration: Full Time Job expires on: November 22, 2012 Description Quality Control Violation Specialist 8:00am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri Pay: 9.50/hr Duties: Review returned checks for check cashing policy infractions. Will also be verifying information on the returned checks and making any corrections. Will also be sending Excel report to the Loss Prevention team. Record all violations in the collection system. Maintain quality control over divisional returned items. Communicate poor check cashing habits to store personnel. Assist stores with questions and inquiries regarding violation notices. Position is not in a call center. Work is more done on a computer then on the phones. Work is sometimes tedious and majority of it is done online. Will be communicating fraud to loss prevention team and handling fraud analysis to control returned checks. Must have investigative skills/ability to spot things that arenapos;apos;t right. Must have a strong eye for detail. Must have a strong, solid work history. Must be good on the computer and have the ability to toggle between screens. Must be able to create basic spreadsheets and be pretty familiar with Excel 2007. Good written and verbal communication skills.
