JOB SUMMARY:
Position requires accounts payable and receivable experience as well as data entry and some collections calls required. Works with customers and vendors as well as oversees vendors directly to secure payments as well as make sure our vendors are paid on a timely basis. Organization, Methodology and accuracy are a must. Will also be a part of weekly and monthly finacial and sales reporting for the company. Will also assist in pay applications to customers as well as assist with contract reviewing. WIll also be involved in job specific profit and cost analysis.
