The Office of Policy and International Affairs (OPIA) is looking for an enthusiastic individual with significant law and legal experience and in matters pertaining to intellectual property. The incumbent will report to the Senior Counsel for China in OPIA, and will be a member of the China Team at the USPTO, responsible for helping to further develop data and law driven analysis of intellectual property issues involving China for the benefit of the US Government and other stakeholders. As such, the incumbent will be responsible for further promoting data-driven analysis and policy development for intellectual property rights (IPR) issues involving the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter “China”) to benefit U.S. Government policy makers and other stakeholders.
