To provide thorough, accurate, and timely legal advice, guidance, and services to the Commander and Staff, Warrior Transition Command.

About the Position:

 

Work under the general supervision of the Command Judge Advocate (CJA) with supervisor outlining basic policies and objectives. Provide legal advice on contract and fiscal law and labor law issues. Render legal opinions involving the entire technical field of contract and fiscal law as applied to specific cases. Assignments are carried out independently to include planning the approach, investigating the facts, researching the law, developing the response, and delivering the completed work in correct and final form. Independently researches legal issues and proposes opinions and recommendations, and provides legal documents, within assigned area of responsibility.
