The Director of Consumer Compliance Policy and Outreach provides leadership, and direction to staff responsible for developing, monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining NCUA's consumer protection and consumer compliance program. The incumbent functions as a key advisor to the Office of Consumer Protection Director on matters involving division responsibilities.
