This position serves as the Director of Management Services in the Office of the Under Secretary, National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  The Director of Management Services oversees program activities for Chief Information Officer, Facilities and Asset Management, and Acquisition.

The incumbent's oversight is focused on ensuring the strategic direction and the joint comprehensive objectives of Acquisition; Chief Information Officer; and Facilities Management are effective and consistent with the mission of NPPD and DHS.
