Usually involves use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. Often involved in processing credit or debit card transactions and validating checks. Knowing the merchandise and assisting in selection and sales.<BR> <BR><B>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</B><BR>*Must have great customer service skills.<BR>* Must love working with people in a retail store<BR>* Must have cash handling ability.<BR>* Must be able to lift and scan heavy items.<BR>*Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions and percentages.<BR>*Must have reliable transportation to get to work.<BR>*Must be able to pass background and drug tests.<BR><BR>COLLEGE STUDENTS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY<BR> <BR><B>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</B> <BR>Part time one shift 9:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m. and one shift 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.<BR><BR><B>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</B> <BR>$9.04 per hour to start.<BR><BR><B>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE:</B>Candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
