Our Southern Auburn team is looking for one Field Technician to join our team to serve this area.<BR><BR>As a Raymond Handling Concept Field Service Technician you will be given a territory that becomes your own where you will be required to fix and maintain mostly Raymond electric pallet jacks, orderpickers, reach trucks, swing reaches, and sideloaders, propane trucks, along with some electric and gas carts and sweepers.<BR><BR>As a new service technician you will take part in our extensive, six-month paid Raymond Technical Training (Primer) class with one of our Certified Technical Trainers and continued skill mentoring with senior field technicians. After graduating the training program you will receive continuous training on specialty equipment, new products, and product revisions, as well as regular refresher programs and are certified by Raymond at two or more advanced levels.<BR><BR>All training is paid and conducted in house in order to ensure that you will have complete confidence in your job as a Raymond technician.<BR><BR>Each Field Service Technician is given a cell phone and mobile laptop to stay in contact with Service Dispatch, the Parts Department and Field Service and process customer workorders in the field. You will be dispatched by our Service Coordinators; who utilize real-time technology to track each technician to ensure fast response time in emergency situations to our customers. Each technician is equipped with a van fully stocked with parts based on the population of Raymond trucks in his/her operating zone.<BR><BR><BR>Required Experience:<BR><BR>To become part of our winning team you will need to have 2+ years prior mechanical experience. Working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus. Familiarity and ownership of hand tools is required (you will have time to build your collection and learn from senior technicians what tools are key). Knowledge of internal combustion engines is helpful, but not required. Technicians must be able to speak and write English. Being computer savvy is not required, but is very helpful.<BR><BR>Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical. Must be able to bend, stoop, sit for long periods of time, twist, reach, pull and lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to provide a clean driving record.<BR><BR>Excellent benefits await you. Pay DOE.
