Learn more at www.multicarejobs.org <BR><BR>Position Summary:<BR>The primary role of this individuals is to obtain high quality recordings of ultrasound images of the heart and related structures for the cardiologist who will interpret the examination. This is a technical position requiring a highly skilled operator with knowledge of the various types of ultrasound performed. The Echocardiographer must have a sufficient skill in the performance of the technique so as to produce complete anatomic and functional information for the interpreting cardiologist. Accordingly, significant responsibility for independent judgment and clinical interpretive knowledge is placed on the echocardiographer.<BR><BR>Minimum Requirements:<BR>Previous echocardiographer experience preferred.<BR><BR>Education/Licenses/Certifications:<BR>Satisfactory completion of a formal ultrasound technology training program and registry with ARDMS as RDCS-AE and/or PE.<BR>Additional Information<BR><BR>Available for call, weekends and to fill in for vacation.<BR>MultiCare is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity at all levels of our organization.
