               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Position Responsibilities:   OutBack Power Technologies, a leading manufacturer of power conversion equipment, is looking for a Financial Analyst to assist with financial planning, budgeting, cost and margin analysis, project costing, and cost and revenue projections.   This person will assist in developing the company’s annual budget for specific cost centers and in-depth reporting/analysis of actual performance against the budget.   This person will actively support all areas of the business, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support.  This individual will also work with the financial analysts from our parent company, Alpha Technologies. <BR><BR>   <BR><BR>Major Responsibilities — Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  <BR>•Assist in development of  the annual operating and revenue budgets and periodic forecasts <BR>•Provide timely reporting of actual performance – sales, gross margin, product mix, operating expenses <BR>•Provide project and product  cost and margin analysis <BR>•Assist with management of  company expenditures to optimize expenditures <BR>•Provide other financial analysis and reporting, as required. <BR>•3-6 years of experience in all aspects of finance, particularly financial analysis <BR>•Experience in a manufacturing company with good knowledge of product and project costing <BR>•Proven analytical and reporting skills <BR>•Advanced level knowledge of Excel, including graphing, and good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint <BR>•Experience working with a major ERP system.   SAP experience highly desired.  <BR>•Strong interpersonal communications and phone skills <BR>•Works well with other team members and with very limited supervision <BR>•Energetic, with a great work ethic. <BR>•A proven track record of exceeding objectives <BR>Other information <BR>•Position is based in Arlington, WA.  No telecommuting. <BR>•Travel:  Less than 5% of time anticipated</font></td>
