Ensures effective communication between self, case team members, area coordinators, the patient, other staff, physicians, and other processes. The Surgery Tech is dedicated to providing quality service in a timely, courteous, and cost effective manner.<BR>Position Prerequisites:Current Washington State Surgical Technician license required. ORCST certification or eligible preferred as a result of being a graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology. Possesses a thorough knowledge of the nursing process. Demonstrates ability to provide high quality patient care (by reference checks). Communicates and works effectively with people. One (1) year experience preferred; will consider new graduate. 12th grade reading level and math skills.
