This position reports to the Tax Manager and is part of the Tax Planning group which is highly visible and plays a critical role in the company.<BR><BR>Primary Job Duties:<BR>* US International and compliance obligations which include: preparation of Subpart F, E&P, tax pools and foreign tax credit calculations; foreign subsidiary returns; calculations related to IRC sections 861, 863(b) and 864; UTP disclosures, etc.; and Forms 1120F, 5471, 8858, 1118.<BR>* Assist with tax planning research and special projects.<BR>* Support US and International tax teams on tax audits.<BR>* Research of international tax issues such as treaty-related issues, international HR and permanent establishment.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>* 2-5 years of tax experience<BR>* Bachelor''s degree in accounting<BR>* GPA>3.0 preferred<BR>* Master''s degree in Taxation desired (or willingness to obtain)<BR>* CPA preferred<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communication skills<BR>* Ability to work as part of a team and independently<BR>* Ability to multi-task in a continually changing environment while meeting time sensitive deadlines<BR>* Self starter, motivated, team player, action oriented, attentive to detail and positive attitude!<BR>* Integrity and honesty a must<BR>* Approachable individual who gains trust and confidence quickly<BR>* Understanding of international tax issues preferred<BR><BR>Weyerhaeuser is an Equal Opportunity Employer building a capable, committed, diverse workforce                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            </font></td>
