Please apply today!<BR><BR>Additional Information<BR><BR>Location: Pacific, WA<BR><BR><BR>Job ID: 04410-143197<BR><BR><BR>Experience: Position Requirements:<BR>We are looking for a person that has:<BR>Experience with Database Administration for Microsoft SQL Server.<BR>Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems.<BR>Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.<BR>Experience with backups, restores and recovery models.<BR>Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for Microsoft SQL Server.<BR>Experience in implementing operational automation using scripts.<BR>Knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics.<BR>Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory and proper disk configurations.<BR>Good communication and documentation skills.<BR><BR>Preferred candidates would also meet the following criteria:<BR>Involvement with the Microsoft SQL Server Community; membership in PASS, active in forums or newsgroups.<BR>Certification is a plus; MCTS, MCITP, MVP.<BR>Experience with data warehouses and business intelligence schemas.<BR>Previous experience integrating highly complex ETL routines to import data into data warehouse.<BR>Experience implementing new MSSSQL server environment.<BR>Migration experience from other RDMS.<BR>Experience administering Microsoft SQL Server database for a Sharepoint environment.<BR>IBM Cognos BI or other related experience with BI reporting and ETL tools.<BR>Experience administering Microsoft SQL Server database in a Microsoft System Center environment.<BR><BR><BR>Unit: Robert Half Technology                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        </font></td>
