You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be a great listener.You’ll be responsible for:<BR>* Working cooperatively with other inside sales, outside sales, or other staff to nurture & qualify leads, resulting in new customer relationships and the growth of existing relationships<BR>* Executing out-bound call campaigns to prospective or existing customers, educating them on new product & service offerings<BR>* Following up on in-bound calls or emails from customers interested in learning more about products & services<BR>* Finding, nurturing & qualifying leads<BR>* Driving participation in webinars, certification events & conferences<BR>* Tracking customer-related phone conversations & emails in a CRM system, including documenting sales opportunities<BR>* Meeting or exceeding targeted call volumes & monthly sales quotas<BR>* Performing live chat discussions<BR>* Escalating issues to the Inside Sales Manager as needed<BR>* Building a working knowledge of products & services<BR>* Practicing solution selling techniques<BR>* Other tasks as assignedRequired:A 2 or 4 year degree, or equivalent amount of related experience (Bachelor''s degree preferred).
