<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b><BR>WEST COAST SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR<BR>Protein Biochemistry research company has position opening for a West Coast Senior Sales Director. The successful candidate will have leadership responsibilities including Teamwork with Inside Sales, Responsibility for Problem Solving with internal operations teams, and executing key account contract negotions. <BR>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:<BR>*** Prepare sales action plans and strategies for defined target accounts/territory<BR>*** Make sales calls to new and existing clients within defined accounts/territory<BR>*** Identify and develop opportunities for company products and services across business units to current and potential clients<BR>*** Negotiate with clients and work toward win-win long term business relationships<BR>*** Develop sales proposals<BR>*** Present sales contracts<BR>*** Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management as requested<BR>*** Contribute to internal sales and marketing efforts<BR>*** Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships<BR>*** Perform quality checks on product and service delivery<BR>*** Collect field intelligence real time on existing and new markets<BR>*** Participate in conference, networking and tradeshow events<BR>*** Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development<BR>*** Work closely with inside sales team to promote healthy sales activities *** Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports<BR>*** Follow up on sales activity<BR>*** Develop and maintain a customer database, schedule sales activity<BR>*** Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person<BR>*** Generate and qualify high value leads<BR>*** Source and develop client referrals<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS<BR>Resumes not addressing these items may not be referred</b><BR>*** Knowledge of Various Computer Applications<BR>*** Experience in Sales and Key Account Management<BR>*** Experience in making Presentations<BR>*** Proven ability to achieve sales targets<BR>*** Supervisory Experience / Skill for Account Managers<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b> <BR>--- Knowledge of Principles and Practices of Sales<BR>--- Knowledge of Customer Service Principles<BR>--- Knowledge of Basic Business Principles<BR>--- Knowledgeable in Planning and Strategizing<BR>-- Persuasiveness, Adaptablilty<BR>--- Goal driven, Resilient and Tenacious with great Negotiations Skills<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE</b><BR><BR>Full-time position<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS</b><BR><BR>Wage is discussed at interview based on Skill Level and Knowledge<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE</b><BR><BR>This position is open until filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY</b><BR><BR>You must visit a WorkSource office in person between the hours of 8:30 am and 4pm with this job order number to request a referral and for application instructions.
