Focus will be on DC. This position requires the following skills:<BR><BR>Demonstrated knowledge of managing a large Service Provider account; sales presentations and short-term and long-term opportunity management essential.<BR>Must have the ability to deliver business value to the account and build on strong customer relationships.<BR>Strong technical and business knowledge with complimentary skills to understand customer business requirements and align to Cisco solutions and close strategic opportunities.<BR>Experience in engaging resources including Cisco Business Units to drive necessary development and prioritizing account team needs.<BR>Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy.<BR>Must be able to work in a cross matrix management organization with the ability to offer direct and indirect influence.<BR>The ability to position end to end solutions and articulate complex technical vision to mid-level and senior customer executives is essential.<BR>Must be an aggressive self-starter who can articulate Cisco?s product and business strategies, as well as create demand for Cisco solutions.<BR>Must be able to adjust the value proposition to the different levels of the customer organization.<BR><BR>Experience in service provider networking industry required.<BR>Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience.<BR>Strong understanding of production data centers including: compute, storage, and applications a strong plus.<BR>Detailed knowledge of Ethernet Core and Access Technologies/ Topologies.<BR>Demonstrated success with selling to C-level management teams.<BR>Must be seasoned in defending an installed base against strong competition and unseating incumbents within the account. </font></td>
