If so, join the Northwest District as an Account Executive in the Enterprise & Partner Group leading the Boeing Company account team.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by selling Microsoft technologies across accounts. This includes working at the executive level and leveraging key partners. Specifically defining, documenting, and executing an account plan to achieve business objectives as well as leading a team of solution sales specialists who proactively propose solutions that address our customers'' highest priority business issues.<BR><BR>The key to success in this position is a clear vision and attention to execution and engagement. The successful candidate must be able to creatively tackle complex architecture sales, major competitive threats, customer "inertia" and be able to quickly make appropriate judgment calls and appropriately allocate resources. You will be instrumental in helping to drive Microsoft technologies across all lines of business. You will support key relationships at all levels of management and across the corporate IT organization. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating alternative channels and partnerships for Microsoft go-to-market programs. Establishing strong executive relationships with corporate IT and lines of businesses is critical in this role. You will lead the virtual account team to facilitate communications, work with the solutions sales team to drive solution wins, and partner with Microsoft Consulting Services to drive consulting engagements.<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>Proven track record in enterprise software sales and successfully managing CXO relationships and consistently exceeding quota expectations. Comfortable interfacing at all levels within assigned accounts, while possessing knowledge of the business challenges and opportunities driven by technology and regulations. A minimum of 12 years account management experience in a relevant, technical environment is required. Experience with solutions selling is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft''s product lines is desired. Candidates must be able to think strategically, master technical concepts and work effectively in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
