Develop, analyze, and report on monthly budgets, forecasts and variance. Respond to inquiries from company’s internal, external auditors and tax authorities on contracts, purchase orders and other documents. Control intercompany transactions to comply with U.S. tax laws. Coordinate, update, and maintain fixed assets record and depreciation schedules. Assist with Fair Value Accounting relating to asset acquisitions, mergers, and sale of businesses. Collaborate IT personal in designing and evaluating functionality of internally created accounting and record keeping system.<BR><BR>Job Requirements: Master’s degree in Accounting or related. Skills required: The candidates must be able to analyze international transfer pricing and perform fair value accounting on company merger and asset acquisition.</font></td>
