DIRECTV Sports Networks is a controlled subsidiary of DIRECTV, the world&#39;s most popular television service. <BR><BR>Ad Sales Coordinator<BR><BR>We are looking for a coordinator for the advertising sales department who will work in a client-focused role ensuring thatROOT SPORTS?advertisers receive flawless service. The position will interface directly with ROOT SPORTS&#39; existing clients and prospects as the sales liaison in working with the Marketing and Production departments to concept, plan and deliver campaigns, presentations and features. Candidates must be highly organized with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. <BR><BR>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<BR>* Accompany Account Executives and Sales Managers on sales calls<BR>* Develop projects and campaigns that generate station revenue, enhance client relationships and are in accord with station branding and image<BR>* Actively participate in the sales process including prospecting<BR>* Handle all ad sales fulfillment for assigned clients<BR>* Take the lead on execution of deliverables, procurements and communication of integrated sales element materials along with coordination of marketing components (i.e. promotions)<BR>* Lead communication with Creative Services on all Ad Sales projects<BR>* Lead role in development of sales collateral and presentation pieces<BR>* Assist GSM in prospect tracking via Media Monitors and/or other lead sources<BR>* Primary department communications liaison between sales, production and marketing - attend weekly meetings with each<BR>* Participate in the weekly sales meetings and provide an update on sales/promotion projects both current and upcoming<BR>* Act as the primary point person on web ad placement, inventory management and execution with marketing department<BR>* Organize and act as point person for all client-driven contests and sweepstakes, including interfacing with legal on rules and regulations<BR>* Coordinate all local Gameflow production<BR>* Accompany and/or serve as back-up suite host with AE&#39;s and Sales Managers<BR>* Back up Account Executives and others in the sales department<BR>* Coordinate all on-air custom video production                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
