Duties include analyzing operational support issues, identifying areas for process improvement and contributing towards documenting processes. <BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR>Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to Global Teams as required to successfully operationalize key initiatives (POS launches/MVS Strategy/Global Parity/New Contact Center/Customer Operations Agent Tool)<BR>Contribute to cost reduction and containment by ensuring existing Air Fulfillment manual processes are functioning efficiently with an overall objective to reduce exception transactions to minimal levels. Focusing on but not limited to Exchange and Refund transactions.<BR>Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement through monitoring of all post purchase activity (including but not limited to refunds, exchanges, product quality, billing, and service issues)<BR>Troubleshooting, documenting , reproducing issues/errors and work through resolution options<BR>Reviewing and providing direction for new scenarios or making improvement with regard to manual processes<BR>Provide great support to our internal and external partners in support of air fulfillment operational performance which will drive great partner and customer experiences.<BR>Provide support for Expedia Inc key initiatives which could include User Acceptance Testing and Process validation<BR>Problem solve by reproducing scenarios, researching available data, filing bug reports, developing alternatives to bring resolution to issues<BR>Collaborate with Air Fulfillment Operational teams and Customer Operations teams in the facilitation of policy and process in the event of a major event that significantly impacts airline travel.<BR><BR>Qualifications<BR>? Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to details<BR>? Excellent written and verbal communication skills<BR>? Ability to work effectively in a diverse group as well as independently<BR>? Strong interpersonal and team working skills<BR>? Advanced knowledge of airline ticketing principles<BR>?
