That''s why we''re here.Analyst 3, Business AnalyticsSUMMARY:This position is responsible for supporting the Logistics organization in operational reporting, report development, ad-hoc analytics and dashboards production to monitor program performance and drive accountability.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders from stakeholder groups to drive clarity of reporting and analytics requirements, and ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements<BR>-Conceptualize, build, and deliver read-outs on program initiatives<BR>-Identify and communicate key insights to executive leadership team based on reports and analysis<BR>-Document work instructions, data sources, and report logic<BR>-Perform complex data analysis and financial modeling to support business case development<BR>-Structure and deliver recurring reports and dashboards accurately and on-time (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)<BR>-Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.<BR><BR>!*!JOB REQUIREMENTS:-6-10 years'' experience working in databases and developing queries and procedures for data mining in support of business operations<BR>-Able to write complex SQL using a variety of User Interfaces (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Teradata SQL Assistant)<BR>-4 years working with statistical techniques for managing business operations such as benchmarking, time series analysis and regression analysis.
