That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR><BR>Responsibility for working with Program Manager, Branded Operations to align Inbound / Outbound Dealer Communications from the FSC Branded Operations and Community teams, Issue resolution, follow up and reporting metrics.<BR><BR>This is a key development role in the Branded operations team, with dotted line responsibility to the Program Manager, Branded Operations, and hard line Direct report relationship to the Senior Manager, Branded Operations in Sales Operations Services.<BR><BR>The ideal candidate would have Corporate Retail or Dealer wireless store experience, using this experience to frame communications critical to execution and operational success. In addition, the role would be responsible for supporting the Program Manager in developing and maintaining analytics; and intermediate level Excel skills would be required.<BR><BR>The role is pivotal in that it serves as a conduit for status, documentation, execution and follow up between SSC teams and Field Account Teams and Dealers.POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR><BR>* Communications, Documentation and M&P support & alignment for Dealer operations<BR>* Dealer Outreach & Account Team Partnership<BR>* Support of Dealer & Account Team Conferencing<BR>* PTO Relief / Support for Inbox Management I (Branded Ops & TPR Disputes)<BR>* Branded Operations Community Content coordination and posting<BR>* Dealer Reporting Portal support as required<BR>* Process Improvements for Branded Operations support functions<BR>* Support Program Manager, Branded Operations with Analytics and dashboard reporting related to Inbox Management & Status, SLA adherence, and program or initiative status<BR><BR>!*!<BR>* Exceptional communication skills, Oral, Written, Presentation<BR>* Organization and Prioritization Skills<BR>* Intermediate Excel skills, Power Point and Visio (a plus)<BR><BR>Education:<BR>* High School or GED equivalent<BR>* Course study in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and or Visio<BR>* College Degree in Business or Communications (a plus)<BR><BR>T-Mobile is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
