That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>The Commissions Business Systems Analyst completes the analysis of business problems to be solved with data, manual processes and automated commission systems. This position is responsible for creating and testing solutions using advanced SQL and user interfaces. Responsible for performing monthly processes necessary to generate commission payouts. Responsible for monthly reporting, data loads and other production processes. Playing an active liaison role between internal business partners, development, and testing. Provides ongoing production support to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues and opportunities.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: <BR><BR><BR>* Set up business rules, test new components, trouble shoot system issues, and follow controls to ensure accuracy.<BR><BR><BR>* Build and test monthly payout processes using advanced SQL and user interfaces.<BR><BR><BR>* Support system setup and maintenance for production of the monthly commission processes.<BR><BR><BR>* Research & resolve production issues.<BR><BR><BR>* Evaluate new compensation components, determine the proper business rules to apply and set up processes in the commissions system.<BR><BR><BR>* Create process documentation and hold training sessions to facilitate the launch of new functionality and/or processes. <BR><BR><BR>* Use analytical skills to review business processes and make recommendations for streamlining and increasing accuracy.<BR><BR><BR>* Create and maintain various tracking tools using SharePoint, SQL and MS Access.<BR><BR>Make effective presentations to small groups and/or management.<BR><BR>!*!<BR><BR>* Minimum of 3- years of advanced SQL experience required<BR>* Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments<BR>* Strong communication skills<BR>* MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)<BR>* SharePoint<BR>* Experience with an out of the box commissions software package such as Varicent ICM a plus<BR><BR>* 3 year minimum experience developing business solutions with a variety of tools such as SQL<BR>* 1-2 years experience in a production environment meeting monthly deadlines<BR>* Experience in telecommunications industry preferred<BR><BR>A four year degree in Business, MIS, or equivalent (2-3 years of related experience/training)<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>T-Mobile is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
