Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation, traceability and gap analysis, for existing and new applications supporting various business channels. Acts as a liaison between the user community, Human Resources, internal IT resources, and external vendors. Generally assigned to Enterprise, cross-functional and cross-departmental projects with mid and large-level complexity and cross-system impacts.<BR><BR>Job Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Proficient at eliciting and evaluating information gathered from stakeholders to elicit requirements, decompose high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish requirements from requests.<BR>* Facilitates requirement sessions with stakeholders and creates comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability of requests<BR>* Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals<BR>* Prepares necessary documentation to communicate business requirements and operational procedures<BR>* Partners with Business Owners and IT to identify, evaluate and determine upstream/downstream system impacts and process changes<BR>* Ability to conceptualize, document and communicate solutions to meet business objectives<BR>* Contributes to and executes process improvements, procedures and tools utilized by the team<BR>* Utilizes modeling approach to represent use cases to support testing<BR>* Leads the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing for assigned HR projects and initiatives<BR>* Provides subject matter expertise in function/end-to-end processes and applications<BR>* Facilitates smooth transition of project deployments to production support<BR><BR>!*!Job Requirements:<BR>* Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)<BR>* Demonstrated ability to navigate and perform intermediate and advanced-level SAP tasks<BR>* Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and create deliverables with little or no direction<BR>* Effective comprehension, listening, interpersonal and communication skills are essential<BR>* Possess proficient technical writing skills p </font></td>
