That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR>Associate Analyst, Finance<BR><BR>This position assumes the lead in the deduction management. The Associate Analyst is responsible for the creation of internal processes to optimize and drive efficiencies as it relates to the Deduction From Invoices lifecycle. This position works closely with the Sales and Supply Chain leadership and various functional departments within T-Mobile. The Associate Analyst proactively partners with internal and external customers to identify trends and resolve issues that cause invalid deductions. This role is responsible for making decisions that will have a direct impact on profitability and cash flow. The Associate Analyst understands, gathers and maintains all necessary documentation to satisfy Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.<BR><BR>Job Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Responsible for documenting deduction processes and develop procedures<BR>* Make financial decisions regarding national accounts deductions<BR>* Partner with internal and external groups. Communicate all issues to partners and present solutions.<BR>* Demonstrate skills in relationship management as well as exceptional communication abilities to cut across the organizational levels and accomplish targets.<BR>* Proficient at maintaining cordial relationship with customers, ensuring quality and service norms to achieve customer satisfaction and business retention<BR>* Collaborate with Risk Team to identify any process or compliance issues/ opportunities<BR>* Advanced analysis, reconciliation, benchmarking and trending<BR>* Screening and routing of escalated issues<BR>* Negotiate settlement<BR>* Look for process improvement, efficiencies in DFIs,<BR>* Weekly review of national accounts with Dealer Operations Manager<BR>* Completes special projects as assigned by Manager.<BR>* Act as DFIs SME.<BR><BR>!*!<BR>* 3+ years of Accounting experience<BR>* Ability to communicate with both business and technical people at all levels within the organization.<BR>* Objective, analytical approach and thought processes.<BR>* Experience with gathering, analyzing, researching, identifying gaps and resolving issues.<BR>* Ability to translate business challenges/opportunities into business requirements and potential solutions.<BR>* Strong reconciliation, auditing and analytical skills.
