Top performers deserve top pay-If You have the Drive, We have the Vehicle.<BR><BR>Job Summary:<BR>The Financial Services Director is responsible for the supervision of all customer financial services activity within the dealership.<BR><BR><BR>Job Responsibilities:<BR>o Ensure efficient workflow of all finance office processes.<BR>o Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to Finance and Insurance<BR>o Maintain proper lender mix<BR>o Ensure timely funding of all contracts and control of contracts in transit<BR>o Resolution of all returned contracts<BR>o Manage chargebacks to acceptable level<BR>o Ensure adherence to Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines<BR>o Ensure proper utilization of Dealer Suite and E-log<BR>o Conduct frequent deal audits to ensure compliance<BR>o Evaluate, coach, and train staff via observation, testing, and role-playing<BR>o Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company''s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers<BR>o Assist sales desk in structuring deals<BR>o Contract deals when applicable<BR>o Manage Finance and Insurance Department schedule and staffing<BR>o Assist in the recruiting and interviewing of new staff members<BR>o Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards<BR><BR>Required Experience<BR>Qualifications:<BR>o Must meet company''s requirements for employment<BR>o Working knowledge of non-prime market<BR>o Working knowledge of all finance and insurance products<BR>o Ability to train finance and sales personnel<BR>o Must have a valid drivers license<BR>o Strong organizational skills<BR>o Valid Finance and Insurance licenses as required by state<BR>o Ability to operate personal computers including E-Mail, Word, and Excel<BR>o Three to five years of automotive finance and insurance experience<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:<BR>o Normal office environment<BR>o Ability to operate an automobile<BR>o Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry<BR><BR>Required Education<BR>High school diploma or equivalent<BR>College Education or equivalent work experience<BR><BR>Compensation<BR>At AutoNation you''ll find unlimited income potential, paid time off, training, longevity bonuses, 401(k) program - with company match, health, dental, life, and disability insurance, employee vehicle purchase program and fantastic advancement opportunities.<BR><BR>Comments<BR>Put your Career in the Fast Lane                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           </font></td>
