Top performers deserve top pay-If You have the Drive, We have the Vehicle.<BR><BR><BR>Job Summary:<BR>The Parts Retail, Sales Associate is responsible for obtaining parts and accessories for both the mechanical shop and retail customers. As well as assist with inventory ordering, stocking and control.<BR><BR><BR>Job Responsibilities:<BR>o Promptly meet and assist both the technician and the retail guest in a friendly and courteous manner<BR>o Obtain the correct parts and accessories for both the technician and the retail guest in a timely manner<BR>o Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information to the proper document and computer system<BR>o Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller''s inquiry<BR>o Stock incoming inventory in the correct location<BR>o Maintain the parts department in clean and orderly manner<BR>o Provide clients with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities<BR>o Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales<BR>o Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company''s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers<BR>o Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards<BR><BR>Required Experience<BR>Qualifications:<BR>o Must meet company''s requirements for employment<BR>o Excellent communication skills, both oral and written<BR>o One year of experience in an automotive parts department (preferred)<BR>o One year of sales experience (preferred)<BR>o Professional appearance<BR>o Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Physical Demands and Working Conditions:<BR>o Required to move throughout the parts shelves all-day, reaching and climbing to obtain parts from inventory<BR>o Stand six to eight hours during a shift at the customer counter<BR>o Must be able to lift up to seventy-five pounds<BR>o Must be able to climb at least two flights of stairs<BR>o Will be exposed to noise, dust and exhaust fumes, paint and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials<BR>o Ability to work in various working conditions both indoors and outdoors, including but not limited to extreme heat and/or cold, and rain<BR>o Ability to kneel, bend, and/or reach above the shoulders<BR><BR>Required Education<BR>o  A high school diploma or the equivalent<BR><BR>Compensation<BR>At AutoNation you''ll find unlimited income potential,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
