The team manages a global supply portfolio of destination services and makes that portfolio available for booking through various points of sale, including the websites of Expedia, Inc. and its affiliates, as well Local Expert? concierge desks. Local Expert (LE) is a retail operation within the DX business, and through a variety of operating models, provides concierge services to guests traveling to over 21 markets worldwide. LE also operates localexpert.com, an activities-focused website available for consumers to access directly and available to partners to use on a private-label basis. The DX portfolio will be accessible through the Local Expert Affiliate Network (LEAN) through an external API.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>- Build and manage financial reporting and presentations<BR>- Manage sales bonus programs<BR>- Tackle moderately complex business problems by converting raw data into meaningful and actionable business insights, structure problems, extract and analyze the data, and may present findings to internal clients.<BR>- Take full ownership of moderately complex analytical projects or portions of larger projects.<BR>- Proactively engage with customers to assess existing and upcoming business needs, and maintain regular communication to update customer on progress made on projects.<BR>- Communicates results of analysis to internal customers across the division or organization.<BR>- Interact directly with multiple departments across the organization to identify key analyses that deliver valuable business insight and areas of opportunity.<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Administration preferred - 2 years' relevant experience in Analyst, Finance or Accounting role<BR>- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills, including use of lookups, pivot tables, other calculations<BR>- Proficient with other Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint<BR>- Experience using reporting tools , Business Objects and Essbase preferred<BR>- Experience using Accounting/Planning systems, PeopleSoft and Hyperion preferred<BR>- Ability to create and/or maintain custom reports in Excel<BR>- Ability to be flexible and responsive<BR>- Evidence of meeting deadlines and establishing goals<BR>- Organizational skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong internal customer service skills<BR>- Strong interpersonal skills, self-direction, and drive; professional demeanor<BR><BR>About Expedia, Inc.<BR>Our mission is to revolutionize travel through the power of technology.<BR>Collectively, the Expedia, Inc. brands cover virtually ever                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             </font></td>
