               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">This is a standard SDLC BA supporting numerous projects on all application development, wholesale, prepaid, CRM, new products, etc.  The three main deliverables are Business Requirements Documentation, during the design phase a traceability matrix and during production User Acceptance testing documentation and planning.<BR><BR>Strong emphasis on candidates' ability to effectively communicate with several types of personalities and skill sets, deal well with ambiguity and write incredible Business Requirements Documentation.  <BR><BR>Smaller companies don't work, they operate straight out of the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge, so someone who is a member of the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) is great.</font></td>
