Provide financial and pool analysis support to the ITI Group. Act as the Finance integrator for the ITI Global Help Desk and Global Operations Management organizations and owner of the Help Desk Pool (CZ Pool). Work with the Help Desk Director and Global Operations Director and other finance analysts in coordination and integration of long range business plans, budget/forecast updates, focal for opportunities and risks. In addition, as CZ Pool Focal provide monthly reporting and analysis and updates to the rates. Participate in Help Desk and Global Operations leadership team meetings and engage with other leaders in those areas to understand the business while driving business results through finance functional excellence. Complete both monthly and forward looking financial analysis for integration and CZ Pool Support. Assess financial requirements and develop recommendations to address complex issues and lead implementation of decisions through collaboration with other finance analysts through the use of integration of opportunities and risks and providing an overall analysis of the financial data. Complete monthly financial reporting including Management Business Reviews, Pool Reporting, and Opportunity and Risks for the Global Help Desk and Global Operations Management organizations. Independently investigate and assess variances to plan and forecast. Consolidate and present performance information to senior managers on a monthly basis and make recommendations on financial decisions. Act as a subject matter expert for Global Help Desk and Global Operations Management and the CZ Pool. Provide back up support for other analysts on the financial team. Use Engineering, Operations & Technology (EO&T) and Information Technology (IT) planning, forecasting, adjustment and reporting tools to document plans and forecasts. Work with the Global Help Desk and Global Operations Management organization to develop detailed financial plans to implement operational strategies. Reconcile data from multiple financial sources and complete cost model input based on approved changes and complete cost adjustments as required. Interact effectively with all team members, different levels of management, and numerous business disciplines/functions and to build and maintain a network of contacts within the organizations.
