               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Care Management Specialist<BR>Department: Care Management<BR>Schedule: Full-Time<BR>Shift: Days<BR>Hours: 8<BR>Hours/Pay Period: 80<BR>Job Details: <BR>* <BR>Overlake Hospital is looking for a full-time, day shift Care Management Specialist to provide concurrent and retrospective review to achieve high quality care processes and outcomes in the most appropriate setting and level of care in a cost-effective manner. It coordinates case management to improve and maintain quality patient care, appropriate utilization of resources, and maximum financial reimbursement to the hospital. Also facilitates education of hospital staff on Clinical Resource Utilization Management and functions as a liaison between the hospital and our external payors. <BR>Requires AA degree, with Bachelor''s strongly preferred. Also requires three years related (clinical, utilization review, or DRG assurance) experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Current licensure as appropriate to profession required. RN strongly preferred. LPN, RHIT, and CPHQ also accepted.
