The right candidate will be the face of Entomo to its customers. In this role you will be both an advocate of the customer and their operational resource. The successful candidate must have the imagination, passion and energy to ensure complete customer satisfaction. <BR>Responsibilities:<BR>• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and requirements.<BR>• Process data from multiple sources, including POS, inventory and claims data with Entomo’s data collection and normalization platform. <BR>• Critically evaluate data, analyze trends, reconcile conflicts, find unusual business patterns and analyze root causes in customer data. <BR>• Communicate regularly with internal customer service teams, external customers and channel partners on issues, progress and resolutions. <BR>• Develop, maintain, document, and improve processes including checklists and quality assurance procedures.<BR>• Ensure sustainable, high quality deliverables. <BR>• Recommend ways to improve processes with internal tools, documentation and technology. <BR>• Maintain quality and stability in data and work flow.<BR> Requirements:<BR>• Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, Economics, Science or related field<BR>• 2-5 years experience processing (analyzing, editing, extracting) large amounts of data for use in one or more business applications. <BR>• 1 plus years customer relationship management experience.<BR>• Ability to work under tight, daily and weekly deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. <BR>• Ability multi-task and deal with customer-driven interruptions. <BR>• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word skills.<BR>• Strong verbal and written communications skills.<BR>• Financial/Accounting Systems, SQL skills and/or CRM background a plus<BR>Entomo offers career growth opportunity, excellent benefits, stock options, and a competitive salary.
