<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Client Services Professional - Business Banking Sales Support - Bellevue, WA<BR>Location: US-WA-Bellevue-10900 NE 8th Street / 50185<BR>Job Number:_120069048<BR>As a Business Banking Client Services Professional (CSP) your main objectives will be the following:<BR>* Coordinate Service Delivery to ensure an excellent service experience for customers<BR>* Provide Proactive Sales Support for RMs in all areas of the customer relationship<BR>* Provide support in all stages of the Credit and Risk Processes<BR>* Establish rapport and maintain positive productive relationships with all team members and partners<BR>Daily Job Responsibilities:<BR>* Resolve customer issues and execute account service and maintenance as requested<BR>* Work to increase customers' utilization of alternate service delivery solutions (i.e., Chase.com and Business Premier Line)<BR>* Coordinate New Account Opening with branch partners<BR>* Coordinate weekly 1 on 1 with assigned RM(s) to review activities, identify priorities and set customer appointments<BR>* Actively participate in Pre-Call Planning, including preparation of Call Packets and Marketing Packets<BR>* Identify and submit referrals to appropriate source<BR>* Meet all new customers and, as appropriate, existing customers, reemphasizing service options<BR>* Assist with Loan Process, from application through booking, including following up on vendor work, coordinating loan documentation, and facilitating loan closings with customers<BR>* Assist with Credit Risk Management, i.e., review financial monitoring and collateral exceptions, review notes maturing, input overdraft decisions made by RMs in TAS-O daily<BR>Key Competencies<BR>* Customer focused individual<BR>* Well-developed oral and written communication skills<BR>* Demonstrated problem-solving and follow-up skills<BR>* Strong organizational skills<BR>* Focus on accuracy and attention to detail<BR>* Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Desired Background<BR>* 2 years prior banking experience in a sales, sales support, operations, or customer service position (Branch, Loan Servicing or Loan Center position)<BR>* Strong communication and analytical/problem solving skills<BR>* General knowledge of loan documentation and the loan approval process<BR>* Working knowledge of the Bank's products, services, policies and procedures<BR>* Ability to work independently in a high volume environment<BR>* General administrative skills: filing, typing, organizing information<BR>* PC skills to include Microsoft products and Bank loan and deposit systems<BR>* High school graduate<BR><BR>Key Competencies<BR>* Customer focused individual<BR>* Well-developed oral and written communication skills<BR>* Demonstrated problem-solving and follow-up skills<BR>* Strong organizational skills<BR>* Focus on accuracy and attention to detail<BR>* Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task<BR>JPMorgan Chase offers an exceptional benefits package and highly competitive compensation package.<BR><BR>JPMorgan Chase is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Emp </font></td>
