These high standards and high expectations will give us the ability to recruit and retain the best healthcare teams in the region.<BR>We are searching for an experienced Healthcare Manager to manage our growing Cardiology practice. Our Cardiology practice has three sites, Overlake Hospital Campus, Bellevue and Issaquah Communities. Together the clinics employ 12-physicians, 2-mid-levels and 35-staff members comprised of front desk, MA?s, RN?s, HIM and Billing staff. <BR>The Clinic Manager has responsibility for management ofoverall operations of the three sites. Collaborates with clinic physicians to grow, maintain and improve clinic services. Supervises clinic staff, prepares budgets and reports, responsible for space planning, maintenance, procurement of supplies and contract services. As the clinic leader actively participates as a highly visible member of the localcommunity to ensure the goals of the clinic and organization are met. Serve as an effective role model ofOverlake?s Shared Values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.<BR>Key responsibilities include:<BR>? Plan and integrate functions and services to support OMC?s overall goals and priorities. Working with Director of Operations, leadership, physicians, and staff to set goals, objectives and balance scorecard for clinics. <BR><BR>? Build effective working relationships throughout the organization with OMC and Overlake Hospital leadership, staff, physicians, customers, and suppliers.<BR><BR>? Provide hands-on leadership for effective service. Select qualified and competent employees; oversee the coaching, mentoring and training of staff to achieve performance expectations. <BR><BR>? Responsible for profit and loss performance of clinics; budget creation and expense management. Develops strategic initiatives to increase volume and meet revenue targets.<BR><BR>? Fosters continuous quality improvement by leading teams in use of quality management tools and processes. Utilizes patient and physician satisfaction databases and other clinic benchmarking metrics to guide service delivery and target improvements.<BR><BR>? Maintain strong working relationships among the practices, referral sources and other key stakeholders in the community.<BR><BR>? Demonstrates a full understanding of position scopes.
