Responsibilities include working with sales reporting, tracking, special projects, customer issue resolution, extranet support, quality assurance, and communications with Field Sales Representatives and internal functional area owners.<BR><BR>Primary Duties and Responsibilities<BR><BR>* Key duties include requesting logins/sales codes for Telesales agents<BR><BR>* Setting up new user accounts in Telesales point of sales systems<BR><BR>* Perform bi-weekly arbitrage reporting on Web and Telesales activations.<BR><BR>* Coordinate ongoing updates of Business Direct campaigns and pricing<BR><BR>* Serve as back up to Lead Coordinator on delivery of reporting to Business Sales field.<BR><BR>* Maintain Business Direct promotional database. Report to Manager any recommended improvements are needed or issues arise.<BR><BR>* Manage & maintain T-Mobile Premier Extranet sites. Work with business owners to manage changes and policies. Be available for issues whenever they occur and recommend solutions.<BR><BR>* Assist in maintaining central Business Direct mailbox. Assist in issue resolution with field or customers. Inform management of process gaps.<BR><BR>* Special projects as needed.<BR><BR>* Provide support to third-party call center.<BR><BR><BR>!*!Functional/Technical Skills* Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. * Previous experience working as sales support person a plus. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Call center experience desired (either as an agent, or in a lead role). * Knowledge of T-Mobile''s provisioning/billing systems strongly recommended.<BR><BR>Req Number: 12015289 </font></td>
