If you thrive in a fast paced environment, have a passion for sales, a desire to scale through the partner channel and virtual teams, and love to develop and inspire people to exceed their goals, this is the job for you.<BR><BR>People Management<BR>Determine the best use of team resources in order to meet revenue quota and CPE goals.<BR>Help team members establish appropriate rhythm and content of on-going customer relationships.<BR>Provide guidance and support to team members for selling to customers; meets with customers as needed. Lead by example.<BR>Create & communicates team purpose, strategies, & clear/measurable goals for team members.<BR>Execute all aspects of hiring, developing, coaching/mentoring, appraising, rewarding and holding representatives accountable for assigned job responsibilities and results.<BR>Ensure that all team members receive all communication, training, and tools needed to perform their jobs.<BR>Use available reporting to manage the team using pre-defined metrics to compare individual and team performance.<BR>Synchronize group''s work with relevant MS policies, strategies, and directions.<BR>Business Management<BR>Scale the business through the partner channel by aligning key priorities and goals.<BR>Ensure team collaboration with virtual team members (Partner team, Dynamics, Premier, Dev Tools, Licensing, Marketing).<BR>Create rhythm of the business to ensure quota and scorecard goals are met. Implement processes to ensure on-time EA renewals and forecast accuracy.<BR>Ensure adherence to corporate standard tools and processes including forecast management and accuracy.<BR>Sales/Marketing Management<BR>Provide insight on Corporate Accounts to Marketing; guides team to leverage marketing programs. Ensure high quality customer and partner experiences.<BR>Create and execute strategic sales offerings that meet key performance indicators and drive customer satisfaction.<BR>Work with team members to create compelling offers to increase velocity and drive high closure rates.<BR>Coach team members on sales skills including competitive displacement, value of our offerings, and all stages of Microsoft Solution Selling.<BR>Ensure all managed accounts are aware of MS cloud strategy:O365 offerings / Azure/ InTune /CRM Online.<BR>Coordinate with Managed Partner Sales Management to ensure effective utilization of the virtual technical sales professional (VTSP) program and Deployment Enterprise Agreement Program (DEAP).<BR>Ensure virtual account teams collaborate through end-to-end sales engagements, with clarity in roles/process and accountabilities.<BR>Ensure that team meets or exceeds overall accountabilities (i.e. revenue, scorecard, opportunity generation, forecasting and territory </font></td>
