That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR>Analyst, oCRM Data Management<BR><BR>This position is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and consistent data to marketing to CRM modelers, statisticians, analysts, and campaign builders. Have a strong knowledge of entity-relational databases and strong data manipulation skills using SQL. Be able to work with interruptions and changing priorities. Be inquisitive and ready to investigate and identify new data elements as needs are identified. Provide consultation and recommendations to Campaign Managers, Developers, and Information Technologists on how best to strategically improve available data. Have good people skills and the ability to translate requests from non-technical requestors into technical needs, and assess the ability level of effort to fulfill them. Move data between unconnected data systems which may have different keys, formats and indexes. Investigate data and data queries to identify errors and variances. Develop methods to efficiently track, store, and retrieve information<BR><BR><BR>Job Duties and Responsibilities:<BR><BR>*  Automate recurring tasks or guide them through the process leading to implementation as production systems.<BR>*  Manipulate data in entity-relational data systems using a variety of SQL dialects and databases.<BR>*  Understand and be able to build data models in OLTP/3NF, and OLAP/Star Schema/Dimensional forms.<BR>*  Identify information which is needed on an ongoing basis but not available in the regular data sources, investigate sources, and design and implement a solution.<BR>*  Understand the interrelationships between data sets in order to convert requests for information into accurate, meaningful data sets.<BR>*  Extract, Transform, and Load information in order to move it from one data system into another.<BR>*  Perform Quality Assurance and Software Testing and User Acceptance Testing on data and processes.<BR>*  Document knowledge and processes for others.<BR><BR>!*!<BR><BR><BR>Job Requirements:<BR><BR>5+ years experience with SQL (Teradata, MS Access)<BR>Knowledge of ETL methods and best practices (Informatica a plus)<BR>3+ years experience in software development in Visual Basic, Perl, or other common programming languages.<BR>3+ years experience with Business Objects or similar data presentation software.<BR>Understand entity relational data models.<BR>Data management skills with a focus on Customer/Product/Offer relationships.<BR>Disciplined, analytical but creative thinker and problem solver<BR>Strong attention to detail, strong ability to comple                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          </font></td>
