Crump is part of BB&T Insurance Services, the sixth largestinsurance broker in the U.S. and the seventh largestinternationally.<BR>The DI Sales Support Associate produces qualified illustrations andprovides presale support to meet producer objectives in a timely manner.Responsibilities • Receive requests for product information andillustrations from producers via telephone, fax, and email. • Compileappropriate and accurate illustrations based on the discussion with the producerand knowledge of the competitive insurance environment. Ensure all illustrationsare quality checked prior to sending to producers. Expectation is for 99%accuracy. • All illustrations need to be handled as quickly as possible.Service levels require that requests will be turned around in a maximum of 2– 4 hours (and in by 3:00, out by 5:00). • Provide product andcarrier information to the producer groups as well as internal staff •Maintain detailed product and financial knowledge on all carriers •Maintain proficiency and a working knowledge of the carrier software packages• Proactively follow-up on illustrations, applications, and contracting• Document requested illustrations for sales follow-up • Participatein educational development to gain an understanding of the competitive market,product, and industry trends and impacts • Point of contact fordistribution of forms, etc. • Provide Marketing support to the team(eCards, promotion of AskLine calls etc.). • Proactively contact agents todemonstrate CrumpLifeInsurance.com functions (Quoting Engines, Forms Now, LifeSolutions, etc.) and generate application opportunities • Other duties asassigned<BR>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Effective interpersonal and writtencommunication skills • Ability to provide excellent customer service toboth internal and external customers • Effective time management skills• Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously •Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment • Abilityto work in a self-directed fashion • Experience with PC''s in a Windowsenvironment • Excellent telephone communication skills to include customerservice, professionalism, and the ability to discuss and determine the mostappropriate illustrations to run •Ability to display maturity,competitiveness, and a good work ethic •General knowledge of industry,product and sales processes •Experience in the </font></td>
