Collecting valuable information from every campaign and mining it for insights<BR><BR>We are looking for a seasoned data mining analyst to provide thought leadership in the Display Ads Data Mining team, responsible for building products and providing insights around new ad experiences, cross-device, targeting, product recommendations, to name a few. The ultimate goal is to optimize benefits of ads for the trio of consumers, advertisers and publishers. We are seeking a seasoned data mining analyst who can lead and drive applied research and data mining expertise in this area. This is an exciting position, providing you an opportunity to solve high-impact and real-world business problems in the online advertising space using a combination of machine learning, data mining, information retrieval and statistical methodologies. The ideal candidate should have past experience and demonstrated expertise in one of the following domains: online advertising, ad targeting, user segmentation, modeling, and business intelligence.<BR><BR>Roles & Responsibilities<BR>- Analyze and improve existing analytics and mining tools, reports, and scorecards; evangelizing findings broadly across Display Ads teams<BR>- Leveraging past experience to establish and streamline best-in-class data analytics, data mining, business intelligence practices and products<BR>- Manage, mentor and inspire a team combined of data analysts, business analysts and data engineers<BR>- Incorporate a data vision into a larger display ads vision, working closely with leadership and management<BR>- Helping define and fine-tune a deep dive analysis functionality<BR>- Influence product and feature priorities by providing actionable insights and recommendations<BR>- Partner with business and R&D stakeholders to interpret analytics needs and deliver analytical findings in the form of reports, white papers, presentations<BR>- Drive a pipeline of challenging data analysis, while managing manage expectation with stakeholder.
