               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Database Architect III<BR>Location: US-WA-Bellevue<BR>Job Number:_00064929<BR><BR>?    Design the Data Architectures which support the legacy Customer (ie Sprint) databases, and other customers.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>?    Support the Customer (ie Sprint) Data Management standards for Schema, Entity and Attribute design<BR>?    Support the Customer (ie Sprint) Data Management standards for Entity & Attribute Naming Conventions.<BR>?    Support Industry Standards for best practices for Schema design, for both Transactional, and Warehouse systems.<BR>?    Attend face to face meetings, and teleconference meetings, with various application and project teams.<BR>?    Represent the Data Management team in design reviews with various project teams.<BR>?    Discuss and review project Schema Designs with the project team members in Design Walkthroughs and Working Sessions.<BR>?    Work closely with Project Managers, Lead Developers, and the Development and Production DBA / Database Administration teams.<BR>?    Generate LOE?s (Levels of Effort, in hours) for a given Data Architect task or project. <BR>?    Communicate and manage the Expected Delivery Dates with your Project Managers and Project Teams.<BR>?    Track all DDL changes in development for each individual project.<BR>?    Prepare the final DDL change package(s). <BR>?    Provide technical guidance and direction to Data Architect II positions<BR>?    May assist in coordinating the migrations of changes from Development to Test & Production environments, to be implemented by the DBA / Database Administrative teams.<BR><BR><BR>?    Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Information Systems, or equivalent job experience and training.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>?    8 Years prior experience creating Logical Data Models<BR>?    Be able to design and develop Database Schema Designs for Transactional, and Data Warehouse environments.<BR>?    Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.<BR>?    Technical team Lead; directs and advises the technical work of other DA team members.<BR>?    A wide degree of creativity and lateral thinking is expected.<BR>?    Expected to support special project needs, including working with new and prospective clients, to analyze their business needs and produce proposals and solutions<BR>?    Proven Competency in English Verbal and Written skills<BR>?    Proven Competency in working multiple projects with multiple teams, multiple deadlines with competing priorities.<BR>?    Membership, &/or Participation, in the Data Professionals Organization DAMA?, Data Management International is a plus.<BR>?    2 Years Telecom Industry experience, including naming standards, is a plus.<BR><BR>DISCLAIMER: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
