As the Director for the division wide security team, you will define and drive a comprehensive program to analyze components & features from a security perspective, define threat models, develop and implement tools to proactively identify vulnerabilities, work with feature teams to build security features into their respective offerings and create a secure environment for services development. The focus for the team will be to drive security upstream by working closely with the developers to adopt Security Development Lifecycle practices from coding through deployment, release and operations.<BR><BR>To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate will have a passion and deep technical expertise in software development with mastery in security, ability to mentor and advise teams on security related issues, proven track record of driving for results, working with executive management and across team boundaries, must be self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.<BR><BR>Responsibilities include:<BR>- Define and drive programs to ensure security is top of mind across all phases of development and operation of online services across OSD.<BR>- Serve as a trusted advisor to Product Groups across OSD on security.<BR>- Management and communication of strategy plans and roadmaps for all areas of ownership.<BR>- Working with stakeholders and feature teams (Development, Test, PM, and Operations) to foster a climate of collaboration, accountability, and results.<BR>- Build and support team in continually enhancing domain knowledge and driving for results.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>?7+ years of security or security architecture experience<BR>?5+ years of Managing Security programs experience<BR><BR>O:MA<BR>XADSX:BRCH*LI                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   </font></td>
