<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Collaborate with SOVP''s, MUVPs, and Directors & Sales Managers to drive adoption & sustainability of all Field Sales capabilities/processes for Large/Small Store, FS/OP (RED improvements, SMO, Predictive Ordering, Prospecting). Steward RED results across Region and identify core capability areas for improvement. Work with Regions to drive culture sales capability and improvement plan. Ensure alignment and seamless hand-off''s from Commercial Leadership and Learning & Development COE with Regional teams to drive sales capabilities to Franchise bottlers. Provide continuous improvement feedback loop to Learning & Development as it relates to creating new or enhanced solutions to drive sales execution capabilities.<BR><BR>People Leadership & Development -<BR>* Organizational effectiveness - lead sessions with leadership team to enhance effectiveness and employee engagement on an on-going basis<BR>* Employee engagement - seek out opportunities to enhance employee engagement<BR>* Core people processes - talent management, performance management<BR>* Establish a comprehensive and vibrant process that supports CRS initiatives and is well connected to global and national goals<BR><BR>* Steward RED results and drive continuous improvement across the region.<BR><BR>* Align with Regional teams to drive Sales capabilities across region independent bottlers.<BR><BR>* Develop and maintain partnerships with internal senior management stakeholders<BR>(e.g., senior management, Divisions, Regions, etc.) in order to influence business decision-making.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Education Minimum Required:<BR>Bachelor''s Degree<BR><BR>Education Preferred:<BR>Master''s Degree<BR><BR>Experience Minimum Required:<BR>* 3-5 years experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry with majority of time at regional or national level<BR>* People leadership/management<BR>* Field leadership experience<BR>* Proven track record for delivering sustainable results<BR>* Effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels<BR>* Strong change management capabilities<BR>* Analytics experience - ability to draw insights and actions from data </font></td>
