The Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, reporting, and analytics including distillation of complex financial data into actionable information, managing the business models, analyzing new initiatives, financial planning, and operational metric analysis.<BR>?<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>?<BR>Partner with key business stakeholders (Business Development and Account Management teams) to ensure that we are structuring profitable agreements with our partners<BR>Help identify key risks within a potential partnership and work to both mitigate the risks and accurately quantify the risks<BR>Develop business cases as needed for business ideas, including potential channel enhancements (technology investments) and new sources of demand<BR>Facilitate business partners in development of forward looking trends incl Financial Forecasting, Annual Plan. Identify and communicate plans? risks and opportunities.<BR>Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, trend analysis and financial review documents<BR>Build and maintain financial models. Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by business partners<BR>?<BR>Qualifications:<BR>?<BR>Good strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making<BR>Financial modeling & p/l experience<BR>Strong qualitative and quantitative financial skills<BR>Strong spreadsheet, data-management, and presentation skills<BR>Demonstrated understanding of financials and budgeting processes<BR>Experience with cause and effect type analysis<BR>Experience implementing effective controls and processes<BR>Ability to lead and influence decisions across various internal functions<BR>Uses good judgment and makes decisions as necessary<BR>Extremely organized with the ability to work on and manage multiple projects within tight time lines<BR>Strong attention to detail<BR>Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non financial audiences<BR>Direct experience leveraging business intelligence software<BR>?<BR>Work Experience and Education Guidelines:<BR>?<BR>BA required; MBA or ACA strongly preferred<BR>5+ years work experience in a similar analytical role<BR>Online MarketingEcommerce experience a plus<BR><BR>About Expedi                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
