That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR>THE ROLE<BR>This role favors the highly analytical (i.e. like to roll up their sleeves with data, spreadsheets, and models) who thrive on the challenges inherent in dissecting complex problems and delivering clear recommendations to improve results. The Finance Manager will provide subscriber and revenue reporting, forecasting and analysis support across the entire No Contract product portfolio (Prepaid, MVNO, M2M, Walmart Family Mobile, New Brands). Additionally, the Finance Manger will expected to be the expert in the Prepaid segment, gaining a deep understanding of channel, sales, and churn dynamics within this segment. The Finance Manager will be confident and will be able to influence partners, peers and senior leaders through fact based analysis.<BR><BR>SKILL SETS<BR>The position requires a balance of strong financial analysis, excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with both business and finance teams. The Finance Manager will have strength in data-driven decision making, an aptitude for analytical thinking, and will have high attention to detail. The Finance Manager must be able to manage multiple projects, work effectively in a rapidly changing environment, and meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines.<BR><BR>RESPONSIBILITIES<BR>* Analyze prepaid subscriber activation and deactivation trends by product segment to inform monthly forecast<BR>* Partner with Channel Management and Marketing business owners on monthly subscriber forecast<BR>* Validate and track impact of programs and initiatives on sales trends<BR>* Perform in depth analysis of key prepaid sales, churn and revenue KPIs<BR>* Report and track overall performance of No Contact business lines (Prepaid, MVNO, M2M, Walmart Family Mobile, New Brands)<BR>* Coordinate monthly an annual budget and planning efforts for No Contract team<BR>* Ad hoc analyses of the No Contract business<BR>* Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.<BR><BR>!*!QUALIFICATIONS<BR>* 3-5 years in financial and operational analysis of corporate initiatives<BR>* Bachelor''s Degree with quantitative concentration, MBA preferred<BR>* Highly proficient in Excel, Access, Power-point and Statistical analysis<BR>* Experience writing SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple data sources, including Oracle, Teradata, and SQL Server<BR>* Excellent communication skills: ability to present results and make recommendations to executives in verbal and written form<BR>* Strong collaborator who                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
