These solutions automate and streamline financial, business intelligence, and supply chain processes in a way that help drive business success.<BR><BR>The MBS Finance Team is currently seeking a skilled, passionate, energetic Sr. Finance Manager to lead reporting, monthly close, compliance & controls, planning, forecasting and analysis of Revenues for a multi-billion dollar business.<BR><BR>In this role you will be a key leader on the MBS FP&A Team and will be able to use your strong analytical and business skills to provide process excellence and business insight to the MBS P&L to maximize contribution margin. The right person for this role has a proven track record of driving continuous improvements to processes and systems, is able to bring forth impactful insights from data, can leverage his/her knowledge of finance reporting systems & Excel to support accurate and timely data management, and demonstrates influence and impact through skilled financial analytics and business insights.<BR><BR>Core Job Responsibilities:<BR>Support the Rhythm of Finance, Monthly Close Meetings, and Quarterly Review for MBS.<BR>Provide business insight to MBS Leadership, understanding key business drivers, business trends and market landscape.<BR>Clear communication skills, including translating minutia into concise, cohesive, easy to understand story<BR>Develop and support Forecast/Planning process, with the right level of detail to support the business, leveraging Product, Field and Segment Finance teams and Core MS Finance systems<BR>Manage and be responsible for multiple finance processes<BR>Manage and improve cross group collaboration (Business Group, Segment, Field)<BR>Coordinate end to end target setting; forecasting & reporting revenue processes; assess overall risks and opportunities and recommends process improvements<BR>Design and continuously improve end to end financial revenue plans<BR>Formulate financial conclusions and influence decisions based on objective analysis<BR>Develop a robust revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting process<BR>Provide any other ad-hoc analysis/tasks necessary to support the business<BR><BR>Basic Qualifications:<BR>- Minimum 7 years of related work experience.<BR>- Bachelor''s degree in finance, accounting or other related areas.<BR>- CPA and/or MBA preferred<BR>- Exceptionally strong MS Excel skills<BR><BR>OTHER QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES<BR>Strong analytical skills and proven capacity to do deep dives" in numbers and discover root causes and business drivers that are not so evident or obvious<BR><BR>Demonstrated ability to drive the effective implementation of procedures and policies to support operational business requirements across organizational boundaries.<BR><BR>Experience in working in multiple organizations with emphasis on communicating and decision making </font></td>
