The team is responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, reporting, and consolidation of the US P&L, along with delivering business insight, reporting, and analysis on US P&L results. We are looking for a Finance Manager to help manage our $20 Billion end-to-end P&L and deliver foundational P&L financial processes to enable short and long-term growth and profit strategies. This role specifically focuses on delivering on-time and accurate financial close and reporting for the US subsidiary to base measurement, decision-making, and impact!<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>- Fully understand systems, tools, policy, and rhythms to ensure data accuracy and reporting. Own the Close and Forecast timeline and communications, and Journal Entry process for reclasses, accruals, and deferrals.<BR>- Review monthly expenses, communicate key areas of financial risk, and provide necessary analyses to help management resolve these issues. Identify areas of budget variances and drivers and support monthly cost forecasts.<BR>- Provide strong accounting and process consultation to partner Finance organizations. Engage and partner with the Finance organization to ensure consistency and process controls.<BR>- Develop process excellence improvements and maintain documented procedures.<BR>- Provide input into and recommend accounting policies and procedures to ensure that controls are followed.<BR>- Provide insightful analysis of operating expenses through understanding of key business drivers.<BR>- Other related responsibilities, as required, such as produce insightful business analysis.<BR><BR>? BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred<BR>? Minimum 3-5 years professional work with proven experience in finance, accounting, or business analyst roles<BR>? Positive, creative, can-do attitude, personal leadership, team oriented<BR>? Ability to deal with ambiguity, strong problem solving skills, exercise independent sound business judgment and escelate as appropriate<BR>? Strong written and verbal communications, enabling concise messaging at executive level<BR>? Proven ability to drive projects and analysis to closure in a collaborative and matrixed environment<BR>? Attention to detail with ability to also understand and communicate the big picture<BR>? Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and analysis<BR>? Intellectual curiosity and results oriented<BR>Understanding of Management Accounting Principles and basic accounting methodology<BR><BR>?
