That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR>Global Account Manager - Bellevue WA<BR>Position Summary:<BR>The Global Account Manager meets and exceeds quarterly sales objectives by growing T-Mobile USA and Deutsche Telekom (DT)Multi-National Corporation (MNC)business. The GAM leads business development with specific accounts in the United States and internationally in collaboration with DT MNC Sales, T-Mobile USA Senior Business Development Managers and Senior Account Managers, and DT / T-Mobile USA Leadership. The GAM plans and implements effective sales strategies, maintains successful long-term business relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, and leverages DT and FreeMove Alliance assets and resources to gain market share.<BR><BR><BR>Position Duties & Responsibilities<BR>Meets or exceeds sales targets with assigned MNCs, selling solutions and services.<BR>Builds & maintains positive relationships with senior executives, key decision makers and influencers and technical experts within designated accounts.<BR>Develops clear understanding of customer environments and builds customer communication solutions in which T-Mobile can impact, enhance and optimize the customer''s business activities and results.<BR>Assigns priorities to business opportunities and creates account plans and sales strategies.<BR>Leads selling team within T-Mobile USA, DT and Freemove within designated accounts.<BR>Exerts strong influence on the customer''s mobile communications strategy and purchasing decisions.<BR>Works directly and cross-functionally to drive high customer satisfaction among designated accounts.<BR>Develops new ideas for expanding business relationships in evolving customer environments.<BR><BR>!*!Position Requirements:<BR>* 7 to 10 years of proven exp in a business development role building successful long-term business relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.<BR>* Experience building a strategic global account plan and collaboration from the ground up with awareness of status and developments of the international market.<BR>* Proven experience building a portfolio from the ground up required.<BR>* Able to partner and drive value propositions/ results in a matrix environment<BR>* Sound wireless, software, data mgt, storage or similar product expertise and knowledge of domestic and international pricing mechanisms.<BR>* Proficient at planning and executing account strategies and maintaining effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers.<BR>* Proficiency in buil </font></td>
