We help thousands of corporations manage their travel programs, helping them save millions of dollars a year.<BR><BR>The Implementation Support Specialist supports the implementation process and any ongoing client requests by managing the client’s travel supplier contracts, such as negotiated air fares, negotiated hotel rates, SOS services, negotiated ground transportation rates and traveler profile uploads. This role ensures that that all client negotiated travel supplier contracts are properly loaded and pricing discounts are accurately displayed through the Egencia site per client’s contracted terms. <BR><BR>Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented person with in-depth knowledge of the corporate travel industry. Excellent customer service, problem-solving, project management, communication and organizational skills are essential. Experience working with supplier contracts and the associated loading processes in the online environment. The ability to understand and effectively explain complex travel supplier contract terms and the loading process to internal and external customers is crucial.<BR><BR>RESPONSIBILITES:<BR><BR><BR>* Responsible for managing the entire life-cycle of client supplier contracts, including air, hotel, SOS, and ground transportation contract loading and resolving issues that might arise during client’s tenure with Egencia.<BR><BR>* A liaison between the appropriate Egencia team and either Expedia or the travel supplier to ensure accurate rate loading.<BR><BR>* Performs contract testing on the Egencia booking tool and if appropriate the GDS to ensure that Egencia clients receive correct discounts per contract terms.<BR><BR>* Responsible for documenting and maintaining current processes for air, hotel, SOS, and ground transportation.<BR><BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS:<BR><BR><BR>* 5+ years’ experience in travel industry or equivalent technology role.<BR><BR>* Ability to interpret and communicate corporate supplier terms and requirements.<BR><BR>* Understanding of ATPCO fare-filing terms is preferred<BR><BR>* Knowledge of Sabre & Worldspan GDS systems.<BR><BR>* Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills are necessary.<BR><BR>* Impeccable and professional written and verbal communication skills.<BR><BR> </font></td>
