<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Brief Description <BR> <BR>The Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) position is a multi-faceted role focused on revenue retention/growth, and client relationship management. The three primary responsibilities of this role are to (1) manage the renewal revenue stream, (2) generate new revenue through sales to new customers or additional sales to existing customers and (3) identify and qualify sales leads for Edifecs’ Regional Sales Managers. <BR> <BR> <BR>Description <BR> <BR>The ISAM role requires a versatile, hard-working individual who will interact extensively with clients and prospects, mostly over the phone. This individual will also work synergistically with various internal stakeholders from sales, accounting, product management and technical support, and serve as an escalation contact for our healthcare client base. Success in this position will be defined by individual revenue attainment and overall company revenue growth.<BR><BR>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR><BR>Pro-actively manage Edifecs recurring revenue stream (maintenance & annual license renewals) secure client commitments well in advance of the invoice period <BR>Leverage client interactions to probe for and identify pains which Edifecs solutions can address, leading to new license and on-line subscription opportunities for the Account Manager and/or Regional Account Manager <BR>Identify key influencers within the organization and establish strong client relationships <BR>Serve as an escalation contact for client issues and inquiries, and coordinate appropriate resources to resolve client concerns <BR>Participate in the billing and collection process, using a systematic approach to notify client of pending renewals and working in conjunction with finance to ensure prompt payment <BR>Manage in-bound leads, and perform outbound lead generation activities (targeted campaigns) <BR>Qualify leads for pursuit by the appropriate sales team member <BR>Support the field account members in pursuit of revenue opportunities <BR>Ensure client satisfaction and strive to create strong client references <BR>Identify
