As a Licensing Sales Specialist you would be responsible for providing:<BR>?Support for regionally based large account licensing relationships.<BR>?Direct interface with customers, sales leadership and field sales reps to successfully implement licensing solutions that result in high customer satisfaction while maximizing customer revenue contribution across Microsoft product and service offerings.<BR>?Risk assessment to Microsoft by making business and legal decisions within field sales empowerment guidelines that maximize the value of the agreement and the relationship to the client and to Microsoft, building a sustainable business case for exceptions and proposals for resolution.<BR>?Negotiates with representatives of the client''s cross functional teams including directly interfacing with CXO level clients to close highly complex, customized licensing and services business.<BR>?Awareness of the legal, financial and operational impacts, risks and costs, for all required concessions.<BR>?Typically manages business and customer issues with a level of complexity that requires further internal negotiations with senior sales management and / or business unit.<BR>?Works with the sales team to develop proposals that include financial justification and contract exceptions that meet customer needs and maximize Microsoft business potential.<BR>?Represent Microsoft position on common business or legal negotiations.<BR>?Liaison with cross functional departments (legal, finance, marketing, operations and WWLP)<BR><BR>Key deliverables for this role include:<BR>?Create and manage comprehensive account specific licensing annuity plans for his/her territory or subsidiary along with the EPG segment.<BR>?Drive Account penetration for EA, through full platform EAs, attach / re-attach and cross-sell / up-sell opportunities, incl. O365, MDOP, EAP, ECI,Premier, whilst supporting license compliancy initiatives<BR>?Provide licensing consultation (e.g. negotiation tactics, up-selling scenarios) to account and / or opportunity strategies, in collaboration with AMs (Account Managers), SAM (Software Asset Management Manager), LAR PAM (Partner Account Manager), MS Financing (where applicable) and SSPs (Solution Sales Specialists).<BR>?Define, drive and execute on negotiation strategies and tactics, in collaboration with the AMs, SAM, LAR PAM, MS Financing, SSPs and MS Partners, while managing exceptions within Field Empowerment".
